By placing an order with Classy Baby you have agreed that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. All errors and omissions excluded. (In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our web site Classy Baby reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. You will of course be notified and at which point you will be informed of the correct price and given the choice to proceed with the order.)
Buy with confidence
We at Classy Baby will never knowingly sell anything that is not of a high quality and we aim to make our photographs as true to life as possible but colours may vary a little due to digital imaging and lighting.
Placed Orders
When you place your order you will receive confirmation from us. When we receive conformation of payment we will send out your goods as soon as possible (see delivery information page). If your item is out of stock, we may be able to order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Packaging
Baby clothing from birth to 12 months can be presented in a box tied with ribbon and comes in baby pink and baby blue which can be used as a keepsake box, with the exception of christening and formal wear (as they are unable to fit into the boxes). For over 12 months on the condition that the item of clothing can fit , it can be presented in a box with a white bottom and a silver top. For this box service it costs £1.99
Returns/Exchanges
Classy baby wants you to be happy with your purchases therfore we do everything possible so as to make sure your item reaches you promptly and in good condition. We inspect all items very carefully prior to posting and will never knowingly sell faulty goods.
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods.
The item you wish to return must be in the original packaging with labels attached and must be returned to us within 7 days.
If you are returning a non faulty item then the product must be in a resalable condition for us to issue a refund or exchanges for example Classy Baby will not refund or exchange items that have been subjected to a smokey atmosphere or that have marks or damages of any kind.
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns (with the exception of customers who have received an incorrect or faulty item).
We strongly recommend (not compulsery) you post your item back to us using Royal Mails first or second class recorded service as this will insure your parcel against loss or damage on it's return journey as the goods remain your responsibilty until they reach us.
Please complete the returns form on your packing slip and enclose it in your parcel, detailing the product/s you wish to return and whether you require a refund, replacement or exchange for another product/s.
Once we receive the goods we will process your return and ensure that replacements/exchanges are despatched within 24 hours. All refunds will be processed within 48 hours and we will send you an email to confirm each stage.

Delivery, Lost or Delayed Parcels
Classy Baby will have the purchases (providing the goods are in stock) despatched within 48 hours.
Royal Mail First Class Recorded:
Purchases will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded. The costs are for the UK £3.95. For the UK only £3.95 will be refunded if only if purchase is kept.
Royal mails first class recorded delivery aim is 1 - 5 days. Royal mail admits to 1 in 10 parcels NOT meeting this aim. A signature is required on arrival and we cannot accept delivery instructions as the item(s) have to be signed for.
International Signed For:
International signed for costs are for parcels under 2kg £12.45.
For international signed for parcels over 2kg we will contact you if your order exceeds 2kg as extra charges may be necessary. You may wish to choose to proceed with or to cancel your order - we will only ever charge actual shipping costs no handling charges. Global coverage. Signature taken on arrival. Delivery aims - European destinations 3 - 5 working days and worldwide within 7 days.
Important Note: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be bourne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Please read carefully. Royal Mail has set out aims for each of its services these are just AIMS and cannot be guaranteed by Royal Mail or by Classy Baby. Often first class recorded parcels can arrive within one day , however this is not always the case and occasionally parcels are unacceptably delayed or are lost. In the event of a lost or delayed parcel we will do our best to help. If you have not received your parcel within 7 days please contact us and we will contact Royal Mail to try and locate your parcel. After 14 days if your parcel is yet to arrive Classy Baby will be happy to declare your parcel as lost or unacceptably delayed and you will be offered a choice of either a full refund or an immediate replacement (stock permitting) sent out to you using Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery at no extra charge.

We offer secure payments through Pay Pal so please feel assured that your personal details are safe. Credit card security is very important to us therfore we only use a recongised reputable payment service provider (Pay Pal) to ensure your complete transaction safely. We do not capture or store your credit card detailson our site. The payment service provider handles all card transactions in a secure encrypted enviroment. We guarantee your satifaction.
Privacy Policy
Classy Baby will not disclose buyer's information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. We adhere to the data protection act and all personal details are kept secure and will not be available to third parties.
